This is getting easy! No sweat! Bring on the raw fruits and veggies, supplements and herbal teas!

1+ week sans dairy, meat, coffee, sugar, wheat, etc – never thought I would actually try this.

Turns out it feels pretty good… Alert, calm, focused, good energy. Let’s hope this continues.

I need to consult the detox book to see what Phase 2 is all about – the detox focus switches to a different organ.

Interesting read today in the Times, ‘5 Easy Ways to Go Organic’.

Exercise notes – Bosu Challenge yesterday, stationary bike & toning weights today

Health notes – migraines & headaches have backed off, but some pain in right arm? (started keeping an offline health journal)
